Coming to the ports on the TV. We have on the left side of the TV (when viewed from the back) an Ethernet port, audio-video ports, 3 HDMI port, 2 USB 2.0 ports and a composite in. The port selection on this TV which is not only below 20K but 15K is simply amazing. Using the USB port an external hard drive of up to 4TB can be connected so that you can enjoy watching content offline too.

The accompanying remote that comes in the box is very simple and minimalistic. One it connects with the TV over Bluetooth so you don’t have to pint your remote towards the TV in order to take and action. Two the selection of buttons on it is very well thought out. A power button, a voice assistant button, direction control buttons, return button, Patchwall button, android TV OS button and finally the volume buttons.

The performance on the TV is handled by a 64-bit Quad-core Amlogic processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. While the graphics are handled by Mali-450 MP3.  This is more than enough horsepower required to run your regular apps that you’d be using on the TV.

Speaking of running apps the Mi TV 4A runs on Android TV 8.1. Remember we spoke about the Patchwall button on the remote right. Well, if due to some reason you want to have a different looking skin on your TV then Patchwall is there to give you that. On the press of the button, Patchwall takes over with its interface.  It combines content online and your local TV cable in one place for easier and better access. Then again, it's completely up to you which one you would like to keep.

Standard features like Wi-Fi and Chromecast are present onboard whenever you require them. However, what is not common is the inclusion of a 20W inbuilt speaker which delivers a very balanced sound.

2. Blaupunkt 43 inch Full HD LED TV

Blaupunkt might not be the most famous TV manufacturers out there, however, they have been making quality TV’s at an affordable price since 1923. Blaupunkt is a German brand and they entered the Indian market just last year.

If all you want is a big and decently looking panel. And also, if you want the inbuilt speakers to be nice and loud this is a TV that you should definitely consider.
